In this cartoon, Santa Claus lives at the North Pole and is very lonely, with no Snow Maiden Granddaughter. He makes his own New Year presents, and to deliver them to the children, he has to walk for a long time or ask for a ride in a hitch car. But the walrus cab driver does not want to take him - an unprofitable client. And lazily nods at his neighbor, maybe he will agree? And the driver of the dump truck, too. Santa Claus grunts in an old man's way: "Eh, here's what a pity! Having heard from the children at the Christmas tree that there is such a wonderful thing as "summer", Santa Claus can not find himself. And he has a dream about summer - unknowable and terrible. "Santa Claus and summer" at first do not get along well, the working conditions for him are quite difficult. He has to deliver presents at an ice cream stand hooked up to a trolleybus. A crowd gathers to gawk at Santa Claus, but the policeman is against it: "Santa Claus in the summer?! Who gave you permission?" But the children are still, just like in winter, just as excited about New Year's presents. Do you remember the hit song of the seventies, the wonderful song about summer: "Here it is, our summer..."? No? Well, your grandmother probably does!
